Welcome

I enjoy working with individuals on issues related to attachment, family dynamics, relationships, adhd, negative core beliefs, adverse life events, and school/work stressors. As I learn more about you, we will begin to establish what areas might be most helpful to focus on. I consider myself a process-oriented therapist; meaning I am always looking for themes and patterns in our sessions and in the information you give me. I have a strong curiosity about how my clients think and feel. I believe that past experiences have an impact on how we manage situations and emotions today and that making those connections are valuable.
